Update DESCRIPTION #52

To use a remote, you need to specify a git repository.

Thanks, this probably have to do for now, although it is not quite what we aimed for. Instead of relying on the main branch of data.table I tried to find a way to depend on the "dev release" i.e. the one you get from data.table::update_pkg_dev().
