Beautify docs #249

I've also added deploy stuff in the Travis config. For that to work you'll need to run travis::use_travis_deploy(), and after that you can delete docs/ because the website will be in a gh-pages branch. :-) But I realize maybe one cannot build the website on Travis?

Another thing you might consider adding is the favicon cf https://ropensci.github.io/rotemplate/#make-sure-the-website-has-a-favicon

thanks! well i guess it's worth a try. examples are wrapped in dontrun and vignettes are pre-built, so it might be okay. not sure.

but looking at the logs https://api.travis-ci.org/v3/job/518360978/log.txt I don't see any pkgdown or rotemplate
