Add more info to the ecosystem route? #85

e.g., select E_CODE,EcosystemName,EcosystemType from ecosystemref limit 5; just a few columns from the ecosystemref - which we could merge into the ecosystem table and route on the API - in response to user request to know more about what ecosystems are returned.

[x] still need to test for sealifebase - does work with sealifebase https://fishbase.ropensci.org/sealifebase/ecosystem
[x] should check if differences with the /taxa route are okay
[x] speccode queries don't work

@cboettig do you know what the ecosystem names used in Fishbase are based on? Is it their own internal system, or perhaps based on some standard system?
