Cran fix and update github actions #99

If you don't have time to maintain iheatmapr on CRAN, you should consider passing maintainership to someone else. From what I can see on the archives, it wasn't updated for about 3 years.

If you don't have anyone in mind, I can take it for the time being at least. I currently maintain a handful of R packages across CRAN and Bioc.

Hi @alanocallaghan, if you are able to take over maintership that would be much appreciated. I have a branch where I made the cran fix as well (#98) but I didn't get around to trouble-shooting the github action failures. Don't have much time for R package these days between family & work obligations.

Sure, I can't imagine I'll get to many feature requests but I can keep it ticking over on CRAN at least :) I appreciate that life gets in the way, I struggle to keep the plates spinning at times too, with a lot less to manage than other people
