Hi @gavinsimpson, you've made a lot of changes recently, and killed a lot of bugs. I'd like to move you up to an author for this package if you'd like.

I'm happy with ctb as you've really authored all of this (i.e. what aut status represents), I'm just tinkering and fixing which is what my reading of ctb status is for. But I don't mind if you want to promote me either :-) Happy to go with what you decide.
