The copy-paste was mostly not appropriate for standalone Rd file (or something roxygen could use to generate one). This was causing R CMD check to error out as the file could not be installed. I think this was just the missing NULL at the end.
The rest of the changes were really just to remove all the non-neotoma stuff whilst leaving a useful stub to build on.
