Get rid of deprecated functions. #191

These have been hanging around for a while. It might be worth getting rid of them at v1.4.

This is now resolved. All deprecated functions were removed with commit https://github.com/ropensci/neotoma/commit/b5c7638e97d7fc0ed47133fd89a1357a734a6d80.
