Need a more direct link between datasets and publications. #196

The API for publication should return a link to the parent dataset for the publication, but this is currently not supported by the neotoma package or the neotoma API, but is raised as an issue on the bitbucket repository for the API.

This is a database side issue and doesn't need to be here.
