Added check_tables which ought to return a warning when the GeoPolitical... #62

...Unit table is different than the parent table.

Made modifications to get_datasets and get_sites to fix issue #58, you can now enter either a text string or a numeric value to get the country name.

Updated help files & re-compiled package.
