Package desc #84

This should solve #83

Hi Karthik, I wrote a full neotoma-package.Rd file last night, so I'm going to close your pull request without merging. I hadn't thought about incrementing the version, but this next pull request of mine makes it neccessary.

Did you write it by hand? Or with roxygen2?

I wrote it using the roxygen2 markup in RStudio, so I guess partly by hand and partly using roxygen2.

I'm having trouble getting this newest pull request to merge. Any chance you can hop on gmail to chat me through it?
