Just in case the issue persists and we decide to not just skip installing rotemplate.

Apparently it's "an Ubuntu bug, will be fixed soon" - yay!

It was good to confirm that this fix passed the checks though!

Thank you for taking a look at this, June! I still need to learn how to use Mastodon. 😅 (I tried to star the response but couldn't log in...) I went ahead and removed this installation step on the action, but good to know that we have a workaround in case the Ubuntu bug never gets fixed.
