fixes gendercoder references #36

Heya Mat!

Two things:

  1. Do you think you could rebuild the site with blogdown::serve_site()?
  2. Could you insert the emoji? There are two ways to do this. 1) copy/paste the emoji rendered in github. 2) build the site as projects.Rmd and use `emo::ji("emoji-name") for the emoji
