List set structure of pangaea database #36

Function to list the set structure of the Pangaea database (#10). This originally used oaih_list_sets() but there appears to be a bug when the transform argument is set to FALSE, so this uses RCurl instead in that case. Still hard-codes the URL, will need to update that eventually. I also updated my email address in the DESCRIPTION.
