missing fmt argument #103

The fmt argument seems to be missing in this sprintf() https://github.com/ropensci/pdftools/blob/a51942b6609bb4e55e99c565258d22b44c6afec8/R/render.R#L80

I'm getting this warning

2 arguments not used by format '/examples/source/flanders_report/cover.jpeg'
