Update documentation for the following changes:

Argument group_by has been changed to group_factors
Function popler() has been updated to browse_popler()

And include the argument options (e.g., "study", "species") in the documentation

Wow! Been a long time! Now popler() has become browse() and it'll soon become something along the lines of pop_browse() (to try compliance with the rOpenSci naming standards).

Hence, I we can consider this issue closed! :)
