Lots of linting to get up to goodpractice::gp() standards
Remove unused dependencies from Imports in Descritption. Additionally, move some packages to Suggests as they aren't really used except for in the vignettes.
Add more continuous integration support
fixed a hardcoded path in report_dictionary + report_metadata that caused logo rendering to fail
