fix roxygen typos and re-build docs #56

In doing editor checks, a few NAMESPACE issues precluded running full tests. I think your roxygen docs hadn't been re-built recently, which is why testing on CI still passed. I thought it easier just to do this PR than to do a back-and-forth about it.
