v0.2.0 #97

We're nearly ready to release v0.2.0.

The only remaining items are to update the vignette posted at http://ropensci.github.io/prism/ and to fix the AppVeyor rdevel builds. (See https://github.com/krlmlr/r-appveyor/issues/121) for the latter and have reached out to ropensci via slack for the former.

@emhart and @kendonB - If you would like to review this release before I push it to CRAN, please do so. If I don't hear from you in 2 weeks, I'll assume you are ok with the new release. Please take a look at the updated README and news to get an idea of what has changed.
