added vignette #23

I have added a vignette based on the code in the readme.md file. I commented some of the code because I was getting 504 - timeout errors from the datacite server.

hi @shivam11 sorry about the delay, if you're still interested, could you close this PR and open a new one branching from current master, and only edit DESCRIPTION as you did plus the vignettes/ file (don't add files to or remove files from inst/) - if no time, no worries, just let me know
