All ebirdfreq requests failing #52

giving 404 response, not found

looks like the url that the fxn gets data from http://ebird.org/ebird/BarChart is down

On it, looks like the url changed from http://ebird.org/ebird/BarChart to http://ebird.org/ebird/barchartData . Will fix ASAP.
