Need better description of address resolution #23

Need to do some checking on the address resolution of the current address function. I am not sure how it is doing on things like the many campuses of a system of universities, and depending on the users question that resolution may not matter, but we need to be able to explain it so the user can make education choices about it

Its not doing a great job. Added a warning to the vignette
