do address parsing before ```read_authors``` #34

It might be very useful to move the extraction of address to before or as part ofread_authors to help with author disambiguation. (country and institution likely to be especially helpful).

Done! Addresses are now parsed in read_authors

and I edited refine_authors so that it carries through
