clean up the "using_refnet_troubleshooting" folder #42

I'm not sure what file we should be using to work through analyses - the three function overview or UsingRefnet.rmd - and there are some older ones in there. Not a huge deal, just trying to keep things cleaned up and ensuring I don't use the wrong one by mistake)
