Hi David, I have manually checked type errors in the man and doc related files of new_vignette branch, see if you need this...

Many thanks @htc502,

You might already know this, but the .Rd files are generated by devtools::document() (and roxygen) from the contents of the source files.

So I can't just merge in this branch (your changes would die the first time I recompiled the docs!), but I'll be sure to get all of your changes into the source files that make the the Rd files
