readme trendy topics code revision #66

Hi @dwinter , I test the code in readme trendy topics and find that the code generate weird plot. checked the code and found that as.numeric(matrix) will change the matrix into a vector, and cause the problem, I have made a change, and the change works on my platform(Win 7 x86_64, R3.1). Please check this to see if I have made it right or there is something I have missed...

Thatnks @htc502 . At the moment the README is meant to describe the CRAN version. I just pushed my "release branch" which is going to get a refreshed README (#42) , so I'll be sure to use this revision
