OMIM no longer links to SNP? #77

As of a couple of days ago we get travis errors when we try to link OMIM IDs to SNP IDs.

This is problem because OMIM->SNP links are used in the tutorial.

Have emailed NCBI and will wait for confirmation this is going to stick.

This reflects the face OMIM is no longer directly hosted via teh NCBI. clinVar fills some of the same niche, so we should replace existing vignette examples with links to clivar
