Tests and examples will occasionally return errors because the NCBI is over-loaded, being maintained or otherwise failing to handle requests (see #84 for an example).
We should describe this briefly in the package vignette (while sitll encouraging bug reports), perhaps with a suggestion of how to check if the problem is on the server-side via the web interface to Eutils.
