change urls to cope with new Amazon hosting of NaturalEarth #48

NaturalEarth has recently changed hosting of data - seems that redirection works in most cases.

NVKelso asks that resources particularly those using CI point to the new addresses. https://github.com/nvkelso/natural-earth-vector/issues/581#issuecomment-913988101
