Removing sp? #80

Because we use sp:

The sp package is not going to be removed from CRAN soon, but it is good to stop using it because it is no longer being actively developed.

Just to clarify -- sp is still going to be maintained (it will just not be improved in any way). Of course, at the same time, we recommend to move to more modern tools (sf, terra, etc.).

Thank you @Nowosad for the precision. It makes sense to move forward to a more modern framework. A new package version is on its way to CRAN where we inform users that support for sp will be dropped in a future release.
