Added blog post on hddtools #289

This blog post contains an intro to the hddtools package and usage examples. This post is due on the 28 Feb, I'm sending it now so that you have time to review it. Happy to make changes, if you have suggestions.

Each time you refer to the pkg hddtools can you please put it in backticks so it stands out from the text? We're trying to make this consistent in the blog
