Description

This is a blogpost about the newly onboarded rOpenSci package, visdat.

Blog post?

So I've just read the blogpost guidelines in this pull request template (super neat, btw!) However, I wasn't sure how you managed this before I did the pull request, so at the moment I've added the images into the assets folder, and the .md file separately.

I can add the .Rmd if that is better, sorry if I've made extra work for you!

Also, I'm not sure the best way to also reference Mara's post - should I do it inside my blogpost or separately? :)

@njtierney I haven't seen a post from Mara yet so we can remove that reference to it from your post and we'll def link the two when hers is up!

@sckott, when merging, can you please

remove the line "insert/link to Mara's post here?"
check that the footnoting format renders ok?

Just waiting to hear if Mara has a post that we'll pair with this one in timing. Had intended for this to go up Tues Aug 22 but pending Mara's response can go up Wed or Thurs 0:00 GMT (latest)
