cross-post of NumFOCUS blog Sept 1 #342

Description

We have permission from Gina Helfrich, NumFOCUS to cross post "How rOpenSci uses Code Review to Promote Reproducible Science" to rOpenSci blog on Sept 1st.

Need @sckott's help with her request: Please use a rel=canonical tag pointing to the NF blog version so that we don't take a hit on our Google SEO.

Note there is one http link (not https) in the post. Is that a problem? Solution?

okay, fine to have http links to web pages i think , but not to images/gifs/etc

@sckott Wanting to clarify. I put a note to you in the content of the post under the "this is cross-posted from ..." +> Scott use this for NumFOCUS SEO? . I wasn't sure how to format the link to keep SEO pointing to NumFOCUS. Can you pls delete the note when you're done?
