Fix CI #19

In #18 you mentioned that CI was broken. This PR attempts to make the CI green again.

At https://github.com/phenology/rppo/actions/runs/4313011248/jobs/7524279573 it ran successfully.

I think you have to approve the CI to run on PR from a fork, see https://docs.github.com/en/actions/managing-workflow-runs/approving-workflow-runs-from-public-forks

I ran CI three times each time another matrix member fails. So I think its the test that is not behaving the same each time.
