Feature

Increase test coverage by testing split_geoshape on an ODKC v7 geoshape. Hard to make the data refresh reproducible as test server runs latest ODK Central version, at time of writing 0.8.

Anecdotal evidence - works on my machine with ODKC 0.7 data.
