Update printing for new pillar API #631

@krlmlr has sent of notifications of a forthcoming version of tibble. We need to update our tests accordingly. But more importantly, changes to the tibble/ pillar API will remove the need for us to customize aspects of print within tibble. We'll want to change our package accordingly.
