likely typo bug? `z_min()` calls `max()` #55

sweet package!!

a funny result led me to what looks like a quick & easy fix for z_min() https://github.com/ropensci/slopes/blob/7f9ee5cd6dd0edcc8740c94c845165331a72df76/R/z.R#L52

not sure if this merits being added to #45 ?
