Because sometimes the next editor in line isn't able to handle a submission, I would also like the table to include busy editors and how many submissions they are currently handling, so that we can share the overload as evenly as possible.
It would be nice for that table to be known and visible to all editors so that they know when they are next in line -- so they know when they should start checking for posts on #editors-only more frequently and pick up offers by the EiC.
