update readme editors list from airtable #639

@noamross @maelle Our editors list on the README was out of date. Because it was hand-coded :scream: This PR now automates the editors list, with small rearrangements of other text.

Can you commit the .md too so we can preview the output?

Should further resources include anything else? I think the link to the dashboard.

Yes, i have access. Current token is 2 years old. How about i merge which will trigger the action. If it fails, then we can update the token?
