Changes needed

Use of Markdown syntax
Putting the package name in section names (each section = "spelling versionnumber").

I can make a PR if you're ok with that @jeroen.

Advantage = getting a changelog in the docs website like e.g. https://docs.ropensci.org/codemetar/news/index.html
