Rmd files with LaTeX #56

Occasionally we have LaTeX in md/Rmd files - I know we shouldn't but sometimes it just happens ;)

I think adding a format = "latex" to

https://github.com/ropensci/spelling/blob/fc619eee5f60b933e3ce0cdc792d8ee8e4ccd5dd/R/check-files.R#L104

should handle this case and not have any unwanted sided effects
