Maybe integrate paleobioDB pkg #73

A +1 from jon tennant on this, let's see if it works/makes sense.

I guess my only thought is that will we begin to include other paleo sources? Will we integrate a variety of other paleo databases (I think there's a couple more out there)? I'm not against this, but I'm not totally sold on it either.

There's fossilworks, but that's the same data more or less as paleobiodb, and has no web services anyway.

We already have a package fur Neotoma

Not sure if there are. I guess my preference is that if we do add it, that we add all the other paleo packages for consistency. And maybe add a "paleo only" option to occ
