pdf version of the document is 404 #22

I wanted to read the pdf version but I get 404 there: https://ropenscilabs.github.io/statistical-software-peer-review/statistical-software-peer-review.pdf

Hmmm, i still can't get it to render via github actions. Seems to be some kind of issue with the tlmgr installation, but that unfortunately cannot currently be updated because of a glitch in tinytex. Going to have to go without pdf version until that is rectified, but shall leave this issue open as a reminder to reinstate the pdf rendering when it's fixed.
