Via the zenodo DOI, using the workflow from the devguide, which can only be implemented once this PR to zen4R has been merged, or otherwise equivalent solution has been implemented. Ping @maelle

Diverted to ropensci/dev_guide#349, which is a simpler and more direct fix which can already be implemented here.
