Per @bbolker, we need an invite template for editors to use that is specific to stats packages and refers reviewers to the appropriate guides and the reports in the review thread.
More generally, I think we need the full modified step-by-step tasks for editors the editor's guide in this book, rather than referring back to the broader dev guide. It's confusing to need to flip back and forth between the chapter here an there to follow what is applicable to stats peer review or not.
