SImplification of `taxonomy` and print method changes

In regards to #10, I have:

• removed graph and edgelists public variables to remove redundancy
• changed uniqtaxa to taxa

I also:

• changed edgelist to edge_list
• modified the print method to show taxon names and print as much of the taxon and edge information that can fit on a single line, depending on screen width.

Feel free to reject any changes you dont like.
