Add length and item names to taxmap print methods for lists and vectors #115

Currently, it just shows the values, like:

silva_seq:  GCUUAGAGUUUGAUCCUGG[truncated] ... UAGUAACGCGUGGGAAUAU[truncated]

Something like this would be good:

silva_seq (1000): ab. GCUUAGAGUUUGAUCCUGG[truncated] ...  zz. UAGUAACGCGUGGGAAUAU[truncated]
