documentation of supported providers at different places do not match #113

Hi Carl,

The docs website https://docs.ropensci.org/taxadb/articles/data-sources.html list more providers than the td_create documentation. I've got 0.2.0 installed from CRAN. Given that other functions in the package refer to td_create documentation for supported providers, this can be confusing.

totally, we should fix that and indicate versions. these are a moving target, especially with the new data format where I've not finished back-porting the old releases tsv files to parquet.

Eventually we should have an updated table based off the same JSON-LD metadata record that the R package uses to access the tables, which should avoid such manual discrepancies.
