Update to bold::bold_tax_id() #910

Not so much an issue with taxize, but I made an update to {bold} and if using the dev version (or when it pass to CRAN) the classification using the bold db (and maybe other functions) will throw a warning.

I'm also working right now on getting subtaxa faster and on making async requests, so there might be a later update for that 😄
