move away from RMySQL #36

IMPORTANT: the RMySQL package is being phased out and replaced by the RMariaDB package. All development is now focused on RMariaDB; the RMySQL package will only minimal maintenance. Please consider migrating to RMariaDB and open new bugs and feature requests in the RMariaDB repository.

I get an error while installing the RMySQL package, and I probably can not get support for that package any more.

can you try after reinstalling remotes::install_github("ropensci/taxizedb@maria-db") . it only affects the COL data source.
