Function df2taxlist and argument AcceptedName

The function df2taxlist() needs following modifications:

• The logical argument for parameter AcceptedName have to be a column in the input data frame instead of a separated vector.
• Also the argument for levels needs to be handled in the same way as AcceptedName
• Use S3 instead of S4 method.

If column Level exists, it needs to be a factor variable.
